The best products of the year 2024-2025

Every year, the editorial team of Tech Reviews tests hundreds of products within the various categories of home electronics. That’s why it’s always exciting to see which products the editorial team chooses to honor with the title “Best of the Year” in each category.

In the past year, we’ve unpacked and unpacked more products than ever before. Many of them have given us great joy, some of them have been frustrating to use, and a few have simply been too bad for us to take the time to test them.

But here we’ve collected all the ones that have slipped through the needle’s eye in the past year. In other words, the best products we’ve seen and listened to to date. In short, this means that everything you’ll find here are products that we don’t just recommend, but that we recommend most warmly.

We’ve awarded some of them a gold medal. These are the products that have excelled in one way or another, or that we’ve been so impressed with that we’d like to own them ourselves.

The gold winners are selected from a list of nominated products that we have tested, and the criteria for winning are so strict that we have to be 100 percent sure that the right winner has been chosen before we announce the winners.

All of the nominees – even those that don’t win a gold medal – are products that we highly recommend, but that didn’t quite make it to the finish line when selecting the winners. It could be a small detail like a missing feature, a lack of connectivity or a high price that stood in the way of the gold.

So whether you’re looking for a new TV, better speakers, a proper soundbar, a new amplifier, a better camera or a new pair of earbuds, we have the product you’re looking for right here. Please read our product guide before you buy, so you can shop on a safer footing!
